The idea
Rachel T. spends 8 hours one weekend manually managing bookings over WhatsApp and vows to build something better.
2023
First prototype
Ben and Rachel build the first version in 12 weeks. 50 beta businesses are booked within the first month.

Seed funding
Raised £1.2M seed round. Nadia and Tom join to scale product and design. Stripe integration launches.

Public launch
Bloom opens to all. 2,000 businesses join in the first 90 days. SMS reminders and review aggregation ship.
