How loyalty tiers build repeat business for solo service providers

Loyalty isn't just for chains

The big-brand version of a loyalty programme — points, tiers, redemption — feels heavy for an independent business. But the underlying behaviour is universal: regulars notice when you notice them. Bloom's loyalty tiers are designed to surface that recognition without adding admin.

How Bloom's tiers work

Every client gets a Bronze / Silver / Gold badge based on visit count and lifetime spend (the thresholds are configurable). The badge appears on their profile, in your daily booking list, and in their booking confirmation email.

What changes

Two things, both small. First, you greet Gold clients by name without thinking. Second, the badge itself becomes a status signal — clients tell us they push themselves to Gold, share the badge with friends, and rebook more often than they otherwise would.

Setup

Settings → Loyalty. Three thresholds, one tap each. The system backfills tiers from existing visit history so your established regulars don't start at Bronze.
