Setting up your Bloom booking page in under 30 minutes

A live booking page on your own URL, with services, prices, availability, deposit handling via Stripe, and automatic confirmation emails firing for every booking.

Step 1 — Add your services

Settings → Services. List every treatment with its duration and price. Group related services into categories. Toggle online-bookable on or off per service. Bundles can be created here too.

Step 2 — Set your availability

Settings → Hours. Set your default working hours, then override individual days for holidays, training, or admin blocks. Recurring exceptions (closed every other Friday, for example) are first-class.

Step 3 — Connect Stripe

Settings → Payments. Connect your Stripe account in one click. Choose whether to take deposits at booking, the full balance on the day, or both. Bloom handles tipping at checkout.

Step 4 — Customise your booking page

Settings → Booking page. Upload a photo, choose accent colours, write a short intro, link your social profiles. The page is mobile-first by default — most clients book from their phone.

Add it to your Instagram bio, Google Business profile, email signature, and any local directory listing. WhatsApp clients can be redirected to the link with a one-message bulk send.
