Loyalty tiers — Bronze / Silver / Gold
Auto-tiered based on visit count and lifetime spend. Badges show on client profiles, booking confirmations, and your daily list. Configurable thresholds in Settings → Loyalty.
Mobile booking flow
Rewritten end-to-end. Faster, cleaner, and now under three taps from link click to confirmed booking on a typical mobile.
